Search the lower deck for riches. You can operate several trapdoors at once, but be careful when you do this as you might also lower a skeleton. If one of your men would walk into one of those, he will drop dead right where he stands.
Keep things orderly and you will guide your men to the chest safely. The more men reach the chest, the more riches can be carried outside. Be sure to keep the captain alive or all is lost.
