Developer Content & Permissions

Bubblebox works closely with game developers and publishers to host and promote their games. By submitting content to Bubblebox.com, developers confirm that:

– They are the creator or rights holder of the submitted game and all included assets (art, audio, code, branding), or
– They have obtained the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to distribute the content on Bubblebox.com, and
– Their submission does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Developers grant Bubblebox a non-exclusive worldwide license to display, embed, promote, and distribute their game on Bubblebox.com and associated platforms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a developer’s rights change (such as transferring IP ownership or revoking distribution rights on other platforms), they must notify us so we can update or remove the game promptly.

Bubblebox may temporarily remove content if we receive a credible claim of infringement. When possible, we will contact the developer for clarification before taking permanent action.
